Partners Online: Our Longstanding Clients


We share a lot of our recent success stories and website launches on this blog, so this week we thought our longstanding clients deserved a mention. These following are clients who came to us for a website build five or more years ago, were impressed by our Website Updates Package, and have stayed with us ever since – enjoying the extra business generated by consistently ranking on the front page of Google for relevant search terms.

WT Skip Hire

The Great Yarmouth-based waste disposal specialists wanted a website that simply explained the sizes and prices of the skips they hired. Over the years that we’ve been running their digital marketing the business has expanded – increasing their fleet of vehicles and adding extra postcodes to the region that they supply skips to. The firm are always active in the local community. They’ve worked with local artist Mik Richardson to support local school book days and sponsoring a duck in the Yarmouth Duck Race. At their request, we added a booking functionality to the site so that customers who knew what skip they wanted could book one online.

We’ve written over 250 blogs for this East Anglian roofing company. Sometimes our bloggers (pale acrophobic indoorsy types) daydream that they could start a new career in roofing. This is another company that is expanding – they’ve recently moved into bigger premises with a new office and yard, and advertised for more experienced roofing contractors to join the business. We have a good relationship with this roofing company – we do what we do best, so that they can get on with what they do best.

People with Energy

People with Energy recruit top talent for tough industries, so they aren’t going to put up with any ultracrepidarian marketing doublespeak excuses. They expect tangible results and the fact that they’ve stuck with us for so long is proof that we are capable of delivering what they want. As the company has diversified the industries that they recruit for, the website has kept pace.  

Business relationships are never something that we take for granted. We pride ourselves on a quick response time and realistic lead times for major projects. We like to be proactive with our clients, suggesting features and tweaks for their websites that they might not have thought of. It’s not all been plain sailing with these clients, but good communication (and a little faith in our ability to fix things) has led to these longstanding partnerships that we hope will continue for a good while yet.
